After being in the music business since 1973, it is not often I can say this is one of the most amazing record collections I have had the privilege to work on. You see copies of radio station-only records, acetates, colored vinyl, imports with different covers, and more!
AUCTION PREVIEW: The David Swartz Collection
Here we will have all the major collectible artists and groups, such as Muddy Waters, the Who, BB King, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Buddy Holly, Elvis, Gene Vincent, the Ronettes, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, and Bruce Springsteen, to mention a few.
Then we have many of the obscure R&B artists, doo-wop, soul, rock & roll, pop, and blues that came out in the beginnings of music that are not seen that often.
So go to our website and be blown away to see some of these seldom-seen gems where you will see some of the following; The first Beatles US single (as the Beat Brothers), “My Bonnie,” the Beatles’ “Can’t Buy Me Love“ US single on yellow and black vinyl, a set of 8” acetates that makes up the Rock and Roll Trio album, Led Zeppelin US mono LPs, Pink Floyd “Dark Side of the Moon” US EP, Jimi Hendrix Band of Gypsies UK Track Red vinyl – and a still-sealed Butcher Cover in stereo!
