David Hall, founder of Collector’s Universe—the umbrella under which reside such entities as PSA, PSA/DNA and PCGS—envisioned for himself a quest to locate every existing variation of subject and advertising back of the T206 set, a task that would prove far more daunting than he could have possibly imagined at its inception. He pursued his quarry with the analytical mind of a laboratory scientist, chasing down every lead until convinced that no further species lurked beyond his view. The result? The most comprehensive T206 collection ever assembled, and we are honored to have the privilege to present it to the collecting community. But, best to hear it from the man who summited the T206 mountaintop himself. Watch below as David Hall details the process and shares his unparalleled knowledge of “The Monster”
