(Spoiler Alerts for Succession)
Recently, after six years in the making, was the end of a four-season run for Succession (HBO Original, 2018). Everyone finally learned that despite the incessant in-fighting, backstabbing, and double-crossing, the big job fell to Tom Wambsgans as the next CEO of “Waystar Royco/GoJo” and Kendall Roy was left a King without a kingdom; Roman was last seen staring into a martini (perhaps thinking of Gerri) and Shiv cast her vote to remain at the side of the next King, Tom.
Whether you love them, or love to hate them, the Roys are an unforgettable family for all the wrong reasons.
Heritage Screenbid has been hard at work combing through four seasons of props, wardrobe and set dressing direct from the sets of Succession. We’re excited to bring you the iconic pieces and looks for each character as well as tokens from memorable locations.
Two of my favorite items are the made-for-production magazines from Season 1, the pilot episode, features a Fortune magazine with Kendall on the cover, touting him as “The Heir with the Flair” or the New York Magazine featuring the family picture of the Roys’ under broken glass the day after Kendall failed to garner enough votes of no confidence against his father, Logan. We have so many exciting lots coming this fall. More to come soon!
